Business Meeting Guidelines
To promote and maintain strong business relationships, successful projects, and ongoing progress, we ask that you follow these essential business engagement principles.

Optimal number of meetings for continued business relationship:
Agreed upon meetings per quarter.
Failure to keep an agreed upon number of meetings will result in a fee of $2,000.00.

Running 2 or more hours late on the day of scheduled call
will result in an automatic reschedule of that meeting

More than (2) reschedules in a row will result in
a fee of $250.00 on the 3rd reschedule (to be invoiced)

Meetings with more than (1) person:
Meetings with more than (1) person:
No more than (1) re-schedule to include all parties on the call. If the rescheduled group meeting does not happen; the persons available at the time of the next call will proceed with the meeting. It will be the meeting attendees responsibility to reach out to those not in attendance with notes and action items from the call.

Meetings that are missed without notification of any kind will be invoiced for $250.00
